Locating the Email Forwarding Service interface Email Forwarding Service is provided free when you purchase any Product/Service (except Email Hosting) through Welcome4solutions. In order to view the Email Forwarding Service interface, you need to search for the Product/Service you have purchased and access its Order Details view. To do so, follow the simple steps mentioned below: Login to your Control Panel: Resellers do so from http://selldomains.welcome4solutions.com/reseller. Customers do so from http://selldomains.welcome4solutions.com/customer. Once logged in to your Control Panel, Resellers, go to Products -> Search -> All Orders. Customers, go to Domains -> Search -> All Orders. Fill in the form and click the Search button. IMPORTANTResellers can search for all Orders belonging to their Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box. Click the Product/Service purchased for the domain name, for which you wish to start using the Email Forwarding Service. This will bring up the Order Details view for the specific Product/Service. Clicking the Email tab will bring up the Email Forwarding Service interface.

Resellers can search for all Orders belonging to their Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.
