Managing the Mail Forwarding Service Once you have activated the Email Forwarding Service for a particular domain name, you will have to add Email Forwards. This can be achieved by following the steps mentioned below: Proceed to the Email Forwarding Service interface. Click here to read how >> IMPORTANT You need to have the Email Forwarding Service activated, before you proceed further. Click here to read how >> Click the Manage Mail Forwarding button. This will bring up the Email Forwarding Management interface. IMPORTANT You can also use the widget on the Control Panel homepage to bring up the Email Forwarding Management interface: Under the Manage Free Services section, provide the domain name. Select Mail Forwarding Service from the drop-down menu. Click >>. For Resellers: The Manage Mail Forwarding button/Email Forwarding Management interface will be displayed only if the Service belongs to a Customer directly under you. Here, you can set Email Forwards as explained below: Adding an Email Forward Go to Mail -> Add Forward Only Account. Provide the following details and click Add Account: When a mail arrives at: Provide an user such as sales, support, etc. Forward to: Provide one or more destination email addresses, each on a separate line. Examples: You may have yourname@yourdomain.com forwarded to yourname@yahoo.com. Similarly you could have a copy of mails received at sales@yourdomain.com forwarded individually to several people by specifying their email addresses on separate lines. IMPORTANTIf you want to forward all mails coming to any user on your domain name, you can create a Catch-All Account by following the below mentioned instructions on Adding a Catch-All Account.Adding a Catch-All Account Go to Mail -> Manage Catch-All. Here you have two options, for handling emails sent to any other email address on your domain name, except the ones explicitly added (in the manner mentioned above): You can choose to bounce back such emails to the sender, by selecting the Bounce back to the sender radio button,OR forward them to another email address. Select the Forward to the following User/Account radio button and mention the destination email address in the box provided. Click Apply. Examples: If you have set individual Email Forwards for sales and support users on yourdomain.com and want mails being sent to all other users on yourdomain.com to be bounced back to the sender, simply select the Bounce back to the sender radio button. If you do not wish to create individual Forwards for each user on yourdomain.com and simply want all emails forwarded to some email address, simply select the Forward to the following User/Account radio button and specify the destination email address.
